Dakota Cardiovascular, PC will cease to operate as an outpatient clinic effective April 30, 2021.
Medical records will be retained by the clinic and stored at a secure records facility in Rapid City, South Dakota.
All requests for records will go through Dakota Cardiovascular, PC. Copies of records will be made available to patients who wish to claim them upon the receipt of a signed release.
